Leadership & Management (Module 1)
It is common knowledge that effective leadership eludes many people and organizations. This training will include topics that exposes what great managers do to inspire their teams in order to achieve results for themselves and their organizations.
Management is about coping with complexities. A good management brings a degree of order and consistency to key dimensions, for example quality and profitability in any organization. Good leadership no doubt is coping with change as the business world has become more competitive and more volatile.
