The Energy Learning School (ELS) is the capacity-building and executive training division of the International Centre for Energy (ICE). Designed to function as an independent, impact-driven learning institution, ELS serves as a knowledge engine for Africa and the global energy community providing advanced professional development programs that build expertise, leadership, and institutional capability.
We exist to prepare professionals, executives, policy leaders, judicial officers, and technical specialists for the evolving realities of the global energy ecosystem. Through world-class training delivered in international hubs including Singapore, London, Dubai, Qatar, and key African cities, ELS bridges knowledge gaps and equips participants with practical skill sets required for decision-making in modern energy systems.
